Often our work takes us into areas that are confidential, and you need reassurance that your information will remain uncompromised. We need our subcontractors and consultants to operate in a framework of freedom to execute within the dictates of protecting our clients information. This document sets out the rules of engagement and what the consequences are in the event of mistakes and breaches.
Service Level Agreement
All of our maintenance contracts are governed by a Service Level Agreement that defines the levels and response times of our service to you, what you must do to invoke it, and how it is defined.
